We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Clinical Advisor to lead our clinical programing and drive strategic vision for our nursing centers in the Charleston, WV area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with national teams and subject matter experts to develop strategic plans for process and quality improvement
- Model, coach, and validate delivery of the center's standard for care and compassion
- Collaborate with Market and corporate support partners to ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain familiarity, knowledge, and compliance with clinical operations expectations
- Must have an RN license in all states served by this position
- Certification in Quality or commitment to obtaining certification in Quality
- Certified Yellow, Green, or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or commitment to becoming certified at a minimum of a Yellow Belt
- Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility preferred
- Competitive salary range: $130K- $140K / year
- Full-time position
