- Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experience.
- 1+ year experience in a quick-service kitchen environment.
- Valid food handling certificate, if required by state and federal regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
