About The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn:

The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn is a private non-profit organization, recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable entity in the State of Illinois. All center-based initiatives are licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and hold accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The center fosters a nurturing and developmentally suitable environment for children, while empowering parents and caregivers in their essential role as their child's primary educator. We honor each child as a distinct and valuable individual. Our aim is to encourage families to help their children embrace life, cultivate self-acceptance, and prepare for academic achievement. Currently, services are provided both in-person and virtually. The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn serves over 950 families in the Cicero, Berwyn, and neighboring areas, offering educational, play-based childcare, full and half-day Head Start and Preschool for All programs, as well as home-based child development and parenting initiatives. All programs are available in both Spanish and English.
