About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives in the Oklahoma area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with our partners, and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Think critically to ensure project success and make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the HVAC/R manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
