About the Role

As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in pediatric care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$104,000-$123,000, based on experience and qualifications. This range may vary depending on individual circumstances.
