Job Title: Pediatric Critical Care Specialist - ICU Physician

About the Role:

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a board-certified or eligible Pediatric Critical Care Medicine physician to join our team as an ICU physician at our 44-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or 12-bed satellite Pediatric ICU in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate physician who can provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our institution's mission of advancing medical education, research, and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Texas
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including a PPO medical plan, 100% preventive healthcare coverage, paid Time Off, Retirement Programs, Paid Parental Leave Benefit, Wellness programs, Tuition Reimbursement, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Qualified Employer.
