Clinical Leader for Senior Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of University Park. As a Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the health needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Requirements:
- RN licensure and current certification in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior care setting, with a focus on clinical leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
