Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care.
- Evaluate residents' conditions and report any changes to physicians, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless care.
- Participate in scheduled monthly conversations with your leader to discuss performance, growth, and opportunities for improvement.
