We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Trinity Home Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinating total care plans with other healthcare professionals and ensuring continuity of patient care.
- Conducting initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations, developing plans of care, and submitting accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensuring patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
