We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sysco. Key Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Refrigeration Operations: Operate and maintain refrigeration systems, including daily inspections and logs, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; facility maintenance tech school preferred.
- Experience: Six years of industrial facility and ASRS maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Certifications: Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months; RETA CARO required; RETA CIRO preferred.
