We're seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our store management team, driving store execution and performance, and building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through exceptional customer service.



In this role, you will be responsible for leading the store and supervisory staff, ensuring that store operations run smoothly, and completing all opening and closing procedures. You will also be responsible for managing the store's crew, assigning, directing, and following up on all activities, and effectively communicating information to and from store management and crews.



As a customer-focused leader, you will assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy. You will also provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.



Key responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor role include:



Management:




  • Work effectively with store management and store crews
  • Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
  • Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews


Customer Service:




  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
  • Promote CVS customer service culture
  • Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality


Merchandise/Presentation:




  • Price merchandise
  • Stock shelves
  • Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise


Required qualifications for the Operations Supervisor role include:




  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
  • Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise


Preferred qualifications for the Operations Supervisor role include:




  • Experience as a retail supervisor
