Snowbowl is a leading resort company that provides exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Protection Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide security and asset protection services to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.
  • Patrol all areas of the resort by vehicle and on foot to prevent and investigate unlawful activities.
  • Write and file investigative reports, maintain daily records and logs, and work with law enforcement agencies to file reports and conduct investigations.
  • Offer aid to stranded motorists, direct and assist guests in a polite and professional manner, and perform traffic control functions.
  • Respond to and investigate traffic accidents, provide basic First Aid and CPR functions, and identify and address public safety issues.
  • Work in a support role and assist other resort departments as required, and perform any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • High School or G.E.D. Diploma as minimum.
  • Arizona Driver's license.
  • 3-year driving record and pass a Criminal Background check.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience with demonstrated competence.
  • Prior Law Enforcement or Security Officer experience a plus.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Lift 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Walk up and down steep grades at 8,500 to 11,500 feet in elevation, in all weather conditions.
  • Shovel snow (bending, twisting) and stand for long periods of time.
