At Kohner Properties, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Oakbrook Apartments. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, and elevators
- Empty trash and recyclables from designated areas
- Restock supplies and materials as needed
- Perform daily inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
