Account Coordinator

BAMKO is a leading company in the branded merchandise space, recognized for its innovative culture and commitment to employee growth. We're seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Phoenix Warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and review basic spreadsheet data with high accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through various channels
- Enter customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Review reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise between Account Managers, Sales Team, and the Bamko Warehouse to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work in a fast-paced environment
