Account Coordinator Job Description

BAMKO is a leading company in the branded merchandise space, recognized for its innovative culture and commitment to employee growth. We're seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Phoenix Warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and review basic spreadsheet data with high accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through various channels
  • Enter customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Review reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise between Account Managers, Sales Team, and the Bamko Warehouse to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work in a fast-paced environment
