Job Title: Project Manager

At The Lane Construction Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control project schedules, forecasts, and costs to ensure financial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve design issues and address changes.
  • Communicate risks, status, and progress in project review meetings.
  • Drive the pursuit of claims and change orders, track and report on progress.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure it adheres to set budget.
  • Develop and use a CPM schedule throughout the project life cycle.
  • Direct project contract management to review, address, and resolve contractual issues and claims.
  • Establish and promote a safety culture.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Mentor, coach, and evaluate employee performance.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
