We are seeking a skilled Patient-Centered Psychiatrist to join our team at Allina Health, a leading not-for-profit healthcare organization in the Twin Cities region of Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex behavioral health needs.
  • Engage patients and their families in the treatment process, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and lead educational programs for staff on psychiatric issues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring seamless coverage and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
  • Licensed Physician with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, with board certification in Psychiatry within two years of hire.
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
