Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Unit Supply Coordinator to join our team at UCHealth. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring that patient care units and departments have the necessary supplies to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count, deliver, and maintain supply levels on patient care units and departments.
  • Deliver time-sensitive patient equipment, supplies, and exchange carts.
  • Pull and deliver stock requisitions.
  • Use powered equipment as needed.
  • Verify shipment contents are correct and undamaged.
  • Deliver inbound packages throughout the facility.
  • Sort outbound product and materials.
  • Assist with physical inventory data entry and comparison verification.
  • Maintain working knowledge of inventory par level analysis.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical tracking to include stat issues/transfers, note and verify stock discrepancies, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Process outbound shipping as needed.
