Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at The Michaels Organization. As a key member of our urban practice, you will be responsible for providing detailed mechanical engineering services for multi-family residential projects.
Your expertise in load calculations, layout, sizing, and system integration will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

As a Mechanical Engineer at The Michaels Organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our development, construction, and management teams to provide complete and thoroughly coordinated communities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-family residential project design documentation reviews for third-party engineering drawings, including analysis of design and quality control review.
- Develop a scope of work for each project that includes budgetary numbers and project goals.
- Develop multi-family residential mechanical engineering drawings and specs and coordinate with other disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in BIM (ArchiCad Preferred)
- 5+ years' experience
- Experience with Multi-Family residential planning/design
- Working knowledge of.PDF software and G- Suite preferred
Working Conditions:
