Transaction Management:
Accurately process credit card payments for parking fees.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures during all payment transactions.

Event Assistance:

Support parking operations during events by directing traffic, managing parking zones, and optimizing parking space usage.

Assist event coordinators with parking logistics and crowd control.
Monitor and report any incidents or issues that arise during events to the appropriate staff.

Administrative Support:
Keep precise records of transactions, visitor interactions, and any incidents that occur.
Assist in preparing reports and necessary documentation as required.

Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned to enhance the overall functioning of the Transportation and Parking Services department.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced and dynamic setting focused on customer service.
Engagement with a diverse group of visitors, including students, staff, and the general public.
Participation in outdoor event environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

This role is available to all students eligible for on-campus employment, who will be hired through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.

Registered students will work part-time, up to 20 hours per week.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
