Job Description

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with an estimated 10-15 hours of work per week during the College's operating hours. The successful candidate will serve as a student consultant, providing feedback on the student experience and collaborating with faculty, administrators, and staff to improve the effectiveness of proposed interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide structured feedback to faculty, administrators, and staff on the student experience and proposed interventions.
  • Co-lead campus panel discussions, focus groups, and other forums to raise awareness of the student experience.
  • Comply with all published College Rules, procedures, guidelines, and laws/regulations governing public employees.
  • Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must be currently enrolled Santa Fe College students in good academic standing, taking six (6) or more credit hours. A criminal background check will be conducted, and applicants must maintain a 2.5 GPA. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $15-20 per hour, based on the College's operating hours and the successful candidate's level of experience. Santa Fe College offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
