Math Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Math and Reading Intervention Teacher to join our team at Catapult Learning. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality instruction and support to students in need of intervention.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver targeted instruction in reading and mathematics to small groups of students in a face-to-face school setting, focusing on intervention and support.
- Utilize company-designed materials and educational strategies to develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Ensure the supervision of students at all times, including escorting them safely to and from classrooms/learning stations, and perform light lifting and climbing stairs as required.
- Perform data entry in a timely manner to meet deadlines, including student attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, and parent and classroom teacher communication forms.
- Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences to maintain open communication and ensure student success.
- Establish and maintain accurate student records and files, adhering to company, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- Florida Teaching Certificate or Statement of Eligibility.
- Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience, with a willingness and ability to teach both math and reading/ELA to various grade levels.
- Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
