Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized therapy plans, promoting independence and optimal function.

Job Summary:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
  • Document patient information and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an applied hospital setting, with a focus on occupational therapy.
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, even in stressful situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned facilities.
  • Background and drug screen, as required by the facility.
