Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of Idaho.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
