Life Insurance Sales Representative

P. R. Financial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Client Needs: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs, risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status.
- Expand Client Base: Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base, including generating qualified leads, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Process Insurance Claims: Process current policyholders' insurance claims, monitor the status of existing claims, and ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver warm and professional customer service to onboard new clients, maintain existing clients, and address inquiries, billing, and insurance policy questions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Client Service Experience: Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries, or a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
