Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

At Goosehead Insurance Agency, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
  • Meet new business revenue generation targets on an individual and team level.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
