About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Ann Arbor. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
  • Assist residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, as required by state regulations.

Requirements
