Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct oneself in accordance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Greet guests promptly and take beverage orders, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Efficiently process drink orders and serve refills as requested, maintaining a high level of service.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, verifying guest identification when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness by transporting used dishes to the kitchen and disposing of waste properly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest requests and service needs.
  • Model designer apparel and accessories, showcasing a professional appearance throughout the shift.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly manner, enhancing their experience and fostering loyalty.
  • Ensure safety standards are met and report any incidents or irregularities to management.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
  • Participate in promotional events or photo shoots as required.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the company's core values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
  • Report any observations of illegal activities or ethical violations to management.
  • Meet attendance expectations for the role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in bartending or as a bar apprentice.
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation, bar equipment operation, and restaurant functions.
  • Experience in a nightclub or entertainment venue is highly preferred.
  • Modeling or promotions experience within the last five years is required.
  • Previous experience in an upscale lounge or similar environment is preferred.
  • Ability to wear assigned uniforms or costumes with confidence and style.
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • The work environment is fast-paced, often crowded, and may include exposure to noise and other casino-related factors.
  • Effective communication in English is essential, with a friendly demeanor towards guests from diverse backgrounds.
