Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external laboratories and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate testing and inspection results.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Ensure that all quality and food safety documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or food safety role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including SQF, HACCP, and FSMA.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
