Manufacturing Associate

Salary: $ shift differential

Available Shifts:

A Shift: Monday-Thursday from 6am-6pm - $2 shift differential

B Shift: Monday-Thursday from 6pm-6am - $4 shift differential

C Shift: Friday-Sunday from 6am-6pm - $4 shift differential

OBJECTIVE: To perform tasks efficiently and in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and quality standards within the designated contract area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute production activities in assigned areas, including but not limited to palletizing, depalletizing, case packing, sealing, blending, bag hook-up, rework, sanitation, inspections, and hand assembly.
• Maintain a consistent pace of work in alignment with production demands.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols.
• Understand and follow both verbal and written instructions, while being open to feedback.
• Adapt to working in various production zones as assigned.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively regarding production needs, including material requests, quality issues, and food safety concerns to relevant team members or supervisors.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, and carrying items up to 15 pounds.
• Possess visual acuity to evaluate quality standards and material integrity.
• Some tasks may require lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds, working at heights, performing manual dexterity functions, and basic math skills.
• Follow the guidelines established in the employee handbook.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful completion of a Vocational Rehabilitation Program, High School diploma/GED, relevant work experience, or at the discretion of a qualified representative.
