Job Title: Customer Service Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model company core values and Our Burlington philosophy to drive a customer-first focus and deliver a consistently great experience to all customers.
  • Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Proactively solve problems professionally and efficiently, interacting with customers to create a memorable experience.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
  • Coordinate meal and break periods, monitoring schedule adherence.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
