Mitigation Water Specialist

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Mitigation Water Specialists. This role is crucial for a reputable and expanding restoration firm that specializes in both commercial and residential projects. We value proactive and motivated candidates who possess the necessary experience in the restoration field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in mitigation activities related to water damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective restoration processes.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3+ years in mitigation practices.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; higher education such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Xactimate is advantageous.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications in Fire, Water, and Mold remediation are highly regarded.
- Construction Background: Experience in commercial or residential construction is beneficial.
- Mitigation Expertise: Background in addressing fire, water, and mold issues.
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
