Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Ccmeriden. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance department operations and personnel, ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage maintenance staff, assigning tasks and schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address safety, maintenance, and appearance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare maintenance setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
