Job Title: Lead AV Installation Manager

Inter Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Installation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing a team of technicians responsible for the installation of audio-visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct installation teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Oversee the training and development of junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with project managers and account executives to ensure that all financial, programmatic, and operating systems meet established targets
  • Ensure that all installations meet the company's quality, safety, environmental, and business practices standards
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in AV team leadership and management
  • CTS certification is required; CTS-I certification or the ability to achieve certification within 3 months of start date
  • Ability to travel on a regular and constant basis, often on short notice, with long and unusual work hours
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to direct teams and make important decisions under tight timelines
