Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Team Lead to execute and manage residential and light commercial installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong performance record in the HVAC industry, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience installing various HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage residential and light commercial installations
  • Manage and develop Install Helpers
  • Read mechanical drawings, schematics, and project plans to confirm the HVAC scope of work and verify the bill of materials required for a job
  • Load testing and balancing ventilation systems
  • Work with General Contractors and other trade professionals to complete commercial construction projects
  • Manage technicians, installation teams, or employees to work efficiently on multiple projects
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA Certified and at least 6 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience installing various HVAC systems
  • Residential installation experience with equipment such as split systems with heat pumps, straight cool systems, and indoor air quality equipment
  • Commercial installation experience including rooftop units, chillers, variable refrigerant flow systems, energy recovery ventilators, dehumidifiers, and duct systems
  • NATE certification and experience with Service Titan are not required but highly recommended
