Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure that your work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow Instructions and Guidance: Follow instructions from supervisors and take direction from team leaders.
- Assist Colleagues: Assist co-workers in their duties and provide support when needed.
- Meet Production Standards: Meet daily production standards and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
- Read Drawings and Assemble Piping Components: Read and interpret drawings to assemble piping components accurately and efficiently.
- Support Safety Initiatives: Support and abide by the company's safety program and all safety initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment safely and efficiently.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as required and assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Tool Knowledge: Knowledge of how to use small hand tools.
- Verbal and Visual Instructions: Must be able to understand and execute actions based on verbal and visual instructions.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
