Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

Job Summary: Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in labor and delivery nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
