About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Clerical Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating administrative operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with several years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess a strong knowledge of utility operations practices and regulations, as well as excellent analytical skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of utility operations practices and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
