About the Role
RHP Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Appletree Estates in Walker, MI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining community relationships, and supporting the Community Manager in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
