- Corresponding with landowners and government agencies regarding Kinder Morgan's equipment or facilities.
- Supporting infrastructure projects and litigation surrounding land condemnations.
- Working with Kinder Morgan's land and right of way team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant legal experience with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department of a pipeline or energy infrastructure company.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and respond to clients' needs.
