We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team as a Senior Counsel, Corporate and Securities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and securities law, with a proven track record of providing leadership and guidance on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on corporate and securities law matters, including compliance with SEC and NYSE rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and review SEC filings, including Annual Reports on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, and Current Reports on Form 8-K.
  • Assist with matters related to the board of directors, including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and functions, including finance, accounting, and investor relations.

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate and at least five years of experience in a nationally recognized law firm or in-house legal department.Detailed understanding of public company disclosure and reporting requirements.
