Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Sherman Associates. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and supervising contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Manage the leasing process, including showing apartments, processing applications, and verifying creditworthiness.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budget variances and cash flow analysis.
- Supervise and train staff, including maintenance personnel and leasing agents.
- 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate or a related field.
- CRM, CAM, or COS certification preferred.
- Proven track record of success in overseeing a portfolio of 100+ residential units.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Real Page or other related property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
