We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Coordinator at our headquarters. This is an opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success and make a significant impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in meeting the daily operational needs of the sales and procurement teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders from various third-party systems, including iTrade, Food Link, SPS, EDI, Procurant, and FIS, along with emailed purchase orders.
  • Maintain and generate reports in a format suitable for presentation to key clients.
  • Keep comprehensive records of pricing structures.
  • Organize and update customer profiles with current addresses and contact details.
  • Navigate complex business processes with an understanding of both upstream and downstream effects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively to meet business demands.
  • Foster relationships and collaborate across multiple departments within Wish Farms.
  • Engage in professional communication with customers and various organizational levels.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Embody and promote the core values of Quality, Integrity, and Responsiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong business and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for the fresh produce industry is advantageous.
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive salary along with bonuses, paid holidays, and PTO.
