Job Summary:

As a key member of the ESFM team, the Supervisor Admin Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative services department. This includes managing a team of administrative staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on administrative metrics to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative services or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and managing administrative staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of administrative software and systems.
