Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Floral Decor Setup and Retrieval Team Member to join our team at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for setting up and retrieving floral and decor arrangements for weddings and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete weekly assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of events
  • Gather, label, and prepare floral and decor items for events
  • Set up and assist in preparing venues for events, including loading and unloading vehicles, carrying and placing florals, and executing deliveries
  • Retrieve items from all buildings and store them properly in designated areas after events
Additional Duties
  • Monitor stock levels of commonly used items and notify management when low
  • Ensure all gathered items are clean and in working order, reporting any disrepair to management
  • Accompany the team in maintaining and cleaning the design studio and shop areas
  • Execute, rotate, and maintain Stroudsmoor votive candle supply
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry 45lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to organize and follow a schedule
  • Ability to work without supervision and be a self-starter
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility of scheduling and ability to adapt to changing work trends
