Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician at Hidden Treasures, your role will be crucial in supporting clients with daily tasks, observing behaviors, documenting progress, and engaging with clients. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to be an integral member of a child's support team and to witness the meaningful changes in their lives.
Position Details
- Job Title: Behavior Technician
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Location: East Los Angeles
- Salary Range: $22-$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavior intervention services
- Execute behavior intervention and skill development plans
- Gather, document, and confirm data
- Adhere to plans established by a BCBA for skill development and behavior modification
- Engage in training opportunities
- Apply interventions to enhance social, daily living, communication, and foundational academic skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a background check
- TB test completion
- COVID Vaccination or weekly testing compliance
- CPR Certification (available during onboarding)
- Preferred: Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience
- RBT Certification is advantageous
