We are seeking a highly skilled Central Utility Plant Supervisor to join our team at Denver International Airport. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the central plant, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement work plans, methods, and procedures to ensure adequate staff coverage for the CUP.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, time, and materials required using the Building Automation System (BAS).
- Start up, regulate, repair, monitor, and shut down Central Utility Plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Resolve problems and conflicts encountered during daily operations, and promote teamwork and regular communication.
- Develop and implement performance enhancement plans, and provide performance feedback and evaluations.
- Maintain CUP systems records for all maintenance, repairs, and/or installation work completed.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a CUP Supervisor.
- 1-2 years of demonstrated Aviation Maintenance experience.
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems at a CUP comparable in size to DEN.
- Certifications in Boiler Operator Class A or B, Boilermaker Supervisor Certificate, steam-fitting, and/or steam and hot water a plus.
