Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team at Weld RE-4 School District. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a critical role in providing skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with autism, serious emotional disabilities, and other developmental disabilities in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Collect data on programs and assist with staff trainings
- Assist with assessments as needed
- Work collaboratively with instructional staff to develop and implement individualized plans
Requirements:
- RBT certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and its applications in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
