We are seeking compassionate professionals to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children. As a Behavior Therapist at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention programs for children with autism
- Work one-on-one with children to develop social and community skills
- Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting
