AV TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, LLC is seeking a Transportation Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing safe and friendly transportation services in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality member care. The ideal candidate will be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver's license in good standing.

The successful candidate will transport passengers as listed on a daily manifest, maintaining a secure environment and exercising patience and sensitivity towards all members. They will also practice professionalism in action and speech to family members, staff, and the general public.

Key qualifications include:

  • Valid driver's license and good standing
  • High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities
  • Must be 25 years old with proof of two consecutive years of holding a license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug test and physical
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision-making skills

This is a full-time/part-time position with a flexible schedule within a 7-day work week, including holidays. Business hours are 5 AM – 9 PM PST, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year. We offer a competitive salary of $16.50 per hour.
