Job Overview

The Logistics Coordinator at LIOHER Enterprise Corp will manage inventory and logistics operations. The position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while aligning resources to achieve cost, productivity, and service goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the daily activities of warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Nationwide Logistics Manager to formulate distribution and transportation policies, ensuring timely and condition-compliant product delivery.
  • Plans and oversees distribution and transportation activities.
  • Monitors and enhances operational performance to minimize time and costs.
  • Develops and manages intralogistics processes.
  • Maintains the Operational Command Control Panel for logistics and transportation.
  • Implements a continuous improvement system for logistics processes.
  • Reviews new internal orders in the ERP system and processes them for fulfillment.
  • Coordinates fulfillment workflows with LC Branch Managers, considering deadlines and priorities.
  • Ensures accurate traceability of materials and orders.
  • Calculates inventory accuracy in collaboration with the LC Branch Manager.
  • Schedules shipping appointments with carriers for internal shipments.
  • Maintains effective communication with company branches and the Nationwide Logistics Manager regarding order statuses and emerging situations.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience with computerized distribution systems.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a shipping warehouse or similar environment is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
